As part of our business and websites' operation we handle data.

 

This does also include the disclosure through the transmission to third parties, if necessary, to so called third countries which are located beyond the European Union ("EU") and the European Economic Area ("EEA"). If we transfer any data outside of the EU or EEA it will be accordingly listed afterwards.

The individual affected data, the intended purpose, legal basis, recipient and transmissions to third parties are shown in the following listing:

 

a) Log File when visiting a website

 

We record the visit of our website. We process the following data:

 

• Name (s) of our retrieved websites,

• Date and time of the retrieval

• The volume of data being transmitted

• type of browser in addition to version

• the operating system used by you

• Referrer-URL (website that was visited before)

Legal basis of data processing is our entitled interest in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 f) GDPR, as a warranty of security and the saving of the ongoing websites' provision.

 

The log file will be deleted after seven days, unless it will be needed for any information which proves a specific infringement within the retention period.

 

b) Hosting

 

We use the service of a web hosting-provider to be able to provide you with web based services. In addition to that we leave the above-mentioned data in connection with this website and company to be processed.

 

Legal basis of our data processing is in our legitimate interest according to Art. 6 para. 1 f) GDPR, so that our website can be provided at all.

 

c) First contact

 

We process your data as soon as you contact us: Name, contact details, if shown in your message, but only related to the process of your request.

4.Involvement of external content

 

Dynamic content ("content") of third parties is being used on our website to optimize the presentation and the offer on our website. With the help of an automatic application programming interface ("API") a request will be sent to the server of the respective content-provider when visiting the website. Specific log data (e.g. the users IP address) will be transmitted.

We use external content in combination with the following functionalities:

5. Duration of data storage

 

We do only save personal data if it is needed for our purposes related to our process or a former issued permission by you will be revoked. If retention requirements must be considered, the storage period of specific data regardless of the intended purpose can last up to ten years.
