Your tasks:

 

The following tasks await you:

  • customer support via telephone and E-Mail

  • error analysis and troubleshooting in direct customer contact

  • handling and coordination of customer requirements

  • interface between customer and developer colleagues

 

Your skills:

 

Following skills and competences need to be brought by you:

  • completed apprenticeship as IT specialist or IT computer scientist

  • recent graduates, career starters or motivated lateral entrant are warm welcome

  • fluent in the English and German language

  • a methodical, solution-oriented and structured way of working

  • creativity, implementation strength and resilience

  • technical understanding of software

  • service and customer related appearance
